Life IS Movement: Movement and Nutrition specialists. We are located in New Market Tennessee. We offer movement for the general public. We are located in Art/Dance Academy - ElFen at 1065 Susan Drive. We take appointments only and have one Movement Class Per week comprised of Basic Ballet Barre / Step by Step Somatics/ Petite Pilates & Unity Yoga. We also heal by the Rhythms of the drum, tambourine etc. in Rhythm Remedy. Natural Nutrition is information for you to round out your knowledge of eating and feeling healthier and happier in yourself.
