I Love Lyric Deep

Each chapter of this book will include nine poems. The first three will focus on hate for the particular pronoun being explored. It will be followed by three poems on that hate turning to love and finally three poems dedicated to love for him, her, you, me, us and them. With this collection I hope to invoke the understanding that hatred is a fragile yet destructive weapon that we as humans are naturally equipped with. We can manifest this hatred, nurture it, pressure it, expand it and fall victim to its depraved and evil push. But it is not a permanent state, nor one we have to stay in. Love is benign and it is so healing. If we keep combatting our hatred with love, this world can only follow us into a higher frequency, a safer space for us humans and a more pleasurable and kind existence for all. In this poetry collection I hope to show you that even the most gruesome and enveloping hatreds can transform into love. It all starts with us making those steps into empathy, strength, happiness, dedication to ourselves and others, and true, unconditional, powerful reverence of humanity. There is nothing wrong with us. There never has been. It is time now to really embrace all that we are worth - Love being our mightiest expertise.
