Teddy is going to help her friend Rob remodel a prohibition era inn/post WWII road house/90's restaurant and bar into a vacation rental. First they are going to have to deal with whatever is causing the smell in the corner of the laundry room. In addition to digging up a few spare body parts they are going to have to find out how those body parts came to be there. There is no statute of limitations on murder and someone isn't too happy with all the questions Teddy and Rob are asking.
