Flow was a book created as a way to help reduce stress. What began as a drawing on a napkin, grew to 50 napkin drawings of imagined spaces and places. The book sets the tone with a preface that describes the why of the book and the journey that happened. The subsequent pages are the images that are there for readers to look and interact with. Just as this book was created as a way to release anxiety the images are there for users to interact and connect with. This book is exploratory and true at the same time.
