H. W. Edwards ran away from home at the tender age of 13 years old. Obsessed with becoming a famous actor. By the age of 15 he is building sets on a soundstage to be closer to his dream. And even if his years were young, H. W. wasn't, having to grow up fast on the streets of L. A.. By age 17 his name had become a household word, there was no one who had not heard of him. So famous he had to hire an army of bodyguards to keep his fans at bay. Now they along with his household staff have become like his family. Then a young Mexican woman comes to work for him as his cook. The attraction is there from the beginning. They have an affair and the end result is a baby boy they call Eddy. However, before the child's second birthday the authorities find Madda, and because she is in the states illegally, they deport her and the baby back to Mexico. H. W.is devastated, and spends every dime he had to find Madda and their son. But years pass and he can't find them. He had almost given up on life when a young pretty airline stewardess got his attention. But Debra Stone is not who she seems to be. And if he thought becoming a well known actor was a challenge, he had not seen anything yet.
