Divine Love in Difficult Seasons Latonja

LOVE. What is it? This word is one that is tossed around often enough to cause one to be confused as to the real meaning. Everyone says that they love you. People you just met claim that they love you. You just joined a church and the mean lady who was looking at you funny from the third pew back, all of a sudden, proclaims that she loves you. Your father, who has never spent a dime on you, writes letters from prison saying how much he loves you. If everyone loves you, why is it that you still feel unloved and unfulfilled? Where are all these people who love you when you need them the most? Why, ironically, no one seems to have the time or the 'want to' to nurture or develop fruitful and authentic relationships with you. Despite no proof of love, no action of love, and in some instance, no strong relationship based off love, those words alone can leave people more mentally challenged than ever before and can lead one down a dark road of control and manipulation unless the Truth is able to bring light and revelation on a situation before it becomes too late. What then is true love? Does anyone know? No wonder people from all over the world are confused as to what it means! But as always, my source of getting wisdom and understanding of matters of the heart come from the Spirit, which is the necessary ingredient on getting answers to all of life's unanswered and unexplainable questions. The answers are always within!
