This is my fifth published book; Hugging Mountains: A Transcendent Journey into the Self, and it is the result of my most recent journey. I bought a one-way ticket to explore Mexico, alone. All the arrows were pointing south. There were many reasons to take this trip, but in the end it was an opening to renew my life. While I was out there, my inspiration was flowing naturally; yet, it was not part of the plan to write at all. But once there, I felt inspired, and completed this book in a little over two months. Many people discover themselves through a long range of changes... I, on the other hand, find myself through traveling.
