Shipwrecked on an uncharted island, the survivors must learn to live and love. They discover they are not alone - fearsome furry creatures inhabit the jungle and tear apart all who enter their domain. Yet, these jealous monsters share their harvest with the survivors and the two cultures meet at the altar of Blackrock.



Almost two centuries pass before civilisation catches up with the islanders. They encounter the bad and the good before the developed world is forced into considering if the islanders or the outside world are the more civilised.
