Behind the pristine walls and polished floors of Replyx lies the "treehouse," the place where the gifted are detained, tested, and studied against their will. They have one goal and they are on the brink of discovering what sets Abrielle and all other replicators apart. Abrielle was trapped there for months. She saw what they were capable of and willing to do to fulfill their mission.
