Sheero In the Making Workbook- Healing is the fifth in a series of workbooks. The purpose of this workbook is for women to be able to heal from various events that have happened to them. They may need to heal from the physical, mental, and emotional scars from cancer, sexual assault, abuse, or PTSD. There are so many things that a person may need to heal from whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. I created this workbook as a guide to assist girls, and women, with the healing process. This workbook will not make the pain magically go away, but it can set you on the right path towards healing.
