(Smile-Attentiveness-Listening-Tactfulness). Chapter Two's focus is the P. E. A. C. E. acronym (Patience-Empathy-Appreciation-Compassion-Enthusiasm). Chapter Three is the H. O. P. E. chapter with a focus on (Humor-Optimism-Perseverance-Equality), etc. The book is uplifting and encourages educators to consider the social and emotional aspects of teaching and learning.
