CeeJay Stone tilts at the windmills of academia, battles with bureaucracies, and wrestles with the beasts of technology in pursuit of fortune to fill Sandbar College coffers, all in the comfort of her air conditioned office and swivel chair. The modular format allows reading in sequential or non-sequential order according to a person's preferred learning style. Short modules which can be completed in three minutes accommodate the shrinking American attention span as well as provide brief mental health breaks when working alone long after closing or during winter and spring breaks in deserted buildings with the heat or air conditioning turned off. The intellectual merit is questionable although pilot tests indicate great potential. The broad impact is great: This project is expected to save the sanity of the country's 18,843 grant writers and the staff and faculty of an estimated 4,168 universities and colleges in the United States of America by providing comic relief. Employees in other bureaucracies are also expected to experience enhanced mental health since the modules lend themselves readily to adaptation to any hierarchical environment.
