Creative Contexts Della Chambless

Creative Contexts is a collection of creative activities for instructors to use in the second language classroom, based on a combination of traditional and new instructional technologies. The activities allow connections with other fields of the Humanities, including art, music, literature, film, history, and geography, and increase motivation in language learning through activities involving performance, discussion, storytelling, design, and analysis. Each activity targets particular grammatical or lexical elements for practice in a creative context, for group work and varying in length from 5-25 minutes. The fifty activities of this book are ordered loosely by level, from elementary to advanced.
