A busy life does not mean a fruitful life. We often measure the quality of our lives by the quantity of the things we do. Nevertheless, quantity does not always mean quality; a busy life does not always mean a healthy spiritual life. There is, indeed, a need to withdraw ourselves from the busyness of our lives.
