The S.K.i.e. Initiative L

The SKIE Initiative was developed as a way for people who are already leaders, as well as people who desire to be a leader, have a foundation on which to build their unique style and leadership approach upon. As leaders, we are facing increasing challenges in reaching and impacting our teams. A 2015 Gallup poll revealed that over 50% of employees are disengaged at work and that over 17% are actively disengaged. The SKIE Initiative provides leaders with actions and mindsets to have to help increase our engagement with our colleagues and teams, and in turn, help our people feel more fulfilled in their careers. Through colorful analogies, stories, and ideas, The SKIE Initiative takes you to see leadership in a unique and inspiring way. Instead of just using generally accepted views of leadership, the author goes deeper into the heart and passion behind great leadership and shares methods anyone can use to positively impact their team.
