The year is 2024. After eight years of an unpopular presidential administration, the United States of America has been driven to a moral breaking point - the people agonise for change. The last thing the American people expect is for that change to come in the form of a single, off-green cabbage a considerable length of time past its sell-by date. As civil servants flounder to keep the U. S. government from tearing itself apart, Russia starts making trouble in eastern Europe, the President is snapped in a compromising position with a bowl of fruit and domestic politicians begin jockeying for position in this brave new world, the effects of the commander-in-chief's vegetative state are beginning to be sorely felt. Can America - and, indeed, the world - survive four more years of President Cabbage?
