Vanity is not the reason for writing this book but my desire to see people succeed and "BE" happy is. I have taken lessons I have learned from my time excelling in sports, my time spent in the military, my previous successful corporate career, my failed marriage, my battles with substance abuse and mood disorders, my successful new marriage with a new career with a new perspective and enthusiasm towards life.
