SYNOPSIS Angel Macho Roman, and his little brother Ifani struggle to survive through their young adult lives in one of Boston's most gang infested neighborhoods on Blue Hill Avenue in 1988. Their mother Rosa is no help and her boyfriend Jose is part of the problem instead of the solution. When the struggle gets real, the two make choices that sends their world spiraling out of control. Since they only have each other, they vow to stick together until death do them part. But death may drop in for a visit when the Gangsta Disciples come calling in a desperate search for a lick the Roman brothers should have never hit.
