I endured physical, mental and verbal abuse throughout my entire life in every way possible. Born into a family of farmers, who felt I was worthless. The hatred of me was borne out in cruel actions, and many horror filled adversities. Unconditional love and understanding was never shown to me. I was always treated like the total out cast regardless of what good I did. I just wanted someone to love me. I came to realize that I needed to learn how to love myself first. Others are truly amazed that I had enough strength, wisdom and power to prevent me from becoming an alcoholic, drug addict or even worse dead. Through years of hard work and dedication I have been able to become an author, speaker and a coach/mentor to many who are grieving and experiencing different levels of abuse.
