This is the fourth book in the series featuring tour operator/amateur sleuth Alex Trotter, owner of Globe-Trotter Travels. Alex and her fiance, Homicide detective Arlie Tate, are about to get married and leave on their honeymoon in France when Alex gets a phone call that changes their plans for sightseeing and romance: Alex's father has been arrested for murdering his boss, Claudine Lyon, the notorious editor of Mode de Vie Francais magazine in Paris.
