Slick could sense that Andy was tired and discouraged. He nuzzled Andy and nickered softly as if to say; " Come on Slide, we can do this, we are a team!"

The bond between horse and boy was strong, and this was just the encouragement Andy needed.

Andy and his horse Slick have a lot in common. They liked to slide! Together with the help of a trainer, they learn how to turn that fun into reining skills as they prepare for competition.
