ATAP, AW means All Things Are Possible, Anywhere, and I hope it is where we all go at some time in our lives. This place should not be a temporary destination. It's not a vacation spot to relax and get away from life's chaos. It is an atmosphere where one realizes empowerment, an environment where ideas are discovered and carried out. It is a municipality where one can actualize their thoughts and exercise bold steps. Sadly, many do not go there.
