After being diagnosed with Panic Disorder, I began to write down my thought, feelings and impressions to gain a sense of closure and control. The thoughts and opinions contain are my own, but hopefully can help others struggling to understand mental health for themselves or for others. My hope is that as others read this writing, they will know that they are not alone in their struggle and that they will get through it.
