Puggleton is a light hearted children's picture book introducing children to the concept of healthy living. Written fully in rhyme it takes the reader through Puggleton's transformation from an unhealthy and unfit lifestyle, to fitness guru who also wants to help others. Understanding the error of his unhealthy ways, he decides changes must be made.




The book is illustrated in vibrant colours with many humorous pictures to keep children engaged with the story.
