If we look for happiness in the outer world, after enough pain and suffering we can reach a crisis when our attitude changes and we begin to see our happiness is located inside. This book is about looking and turning inwards. It looks at themes we seem to face on the way going inside. It applies to any spiritual path you are on. The more we look inside and find happiness, the more we begin to detach from the world and spend more time in solitude and also with those whose view of the inner world is like ours. Somehow we discover that between our thoughts, is our inner stillness. Whatever way we reach this stillness and surrender to it, is our own meditation, our own truth, and is the removal of our ignorance leading to happiness.
