The plan book explores in great detail and at strategic intervals the 18 Critical Issues for Team Consideration. The Critical Issues are questions that guide the collective inquiry and action research of each collaborative team and that help to promote deep team learning and higher levels of student achievement. Teachers are also encouraged as they plan each lesson to consider the Four Critical Questions of Learning in a PLC: What is it we expect students to learn? How will we know when they have learned it? How will we respond when they do not learn? How will we respond when they already know it?
