I Am Me Lynn Given

Hi, I am Lynn and I created the "I Am Me" Affirmations book for children for two reasons.

First, a child's mind is impressionable. Whatever you sow in their minds, that's what reaps when they grow into adults. Many of us still have a harsh inner critic. Second, what better way to condition their minds right from childhood and fill them with positive thoughts and words?
With this book, children can instill positive values, ideas and self-beliefs in themselves. Peggy O'Mara said, "The way we talk to our children becomes their inner voice." The more positive they feel, the more strength they will develop in their later years. They'll also naturally develop deeper relationships and connections.
