She was shy and old-fashioned. He was outgoing and funny. Jackie Farr and Andy Stone met during their first few weeks of college in 1970. Two people could not have been more opposite, but they became friends throughout that first year. The following summer, Andy mustered up the courage to ask Jackie to a party.
