Eleanor Adair
Chilling, poetic and unrelentingly beautiful, are just some of the descriptions given to the haunting figurative works of Scottish artist Eleanor Adair. Born in Glasgow in 1967, Adair captures both the soul and savageness of humanity through her portraits. A selection of paintings and drawings are complimented by words throughout, conveying the thoughts of the artist and providing an insight into both her practice and inspiration.
