What many of us have not realized is that the quote is not saying everything rises and falls on the leader alone, even though that is also true to a large extent, but everything rises and falls on "leadership." The problem with many of us in this part of the world is that we tend to want to do by prayer what an increase in capacity should do for us. I believe in prayer but I also know that we have brains for a reason. We live in an age where information thrives and almost everyone has become an expert in one area or another.
