Baba Ali was a young boy in Kirkuk city of Kurdistan upon the period of the Ottoman Empire occupation to Kirkuk. His parents died and left him an old house built of mud. This young boy was not working and he was very poor then people of Kirkuk named him Lazy Baba Ali. He was sleeping with sunset and waking up the next day in the afternoon. He got many opportunists to become very rich, but he was failing because he was revealing his secret every time to others. The story of Baba Ali ends with happiness because of his perseverance.
