There have been a number of different Bible Study Methodologies throughout the years. This author prefers the Inductive Bible Study Method. This methodology is the same as the SOAP inductive Bible study methodology. The SOAP is an acronym that stands for Scripture, Observation, Application, and Principles (or Prayer). For the purposes of this study, the author has opted to refer to the Bible study methodology utilized as an Interactive Bible Study because readers are encouraged to glean truths from Scripture, by asking questions of the text, themselves.
