Moonlight and Owls is a book of poetry written from the heart. I started writing poetry as a way to vent my emotions during a separation and divorce from my first husband. These are poems of love and despair, dreams and aspirations, family and friends, and moonlight and owls. Some poems are happy, some are sad. Some poems are light, and some are dark. Some poems are about people I met online, and some are about people in my life. Some poems are about New England, and some are about Texas, where I lived for 6 years with my second husband. Enjoy the roller coaster existence through the eyes of me, the poet, experiencing life's ups and downs.
