The workstations have been undergoing changes to improve the lives of workers. Thinking about it, the use of tools along with analysis of environments are often being performed to diagnose problems related to causes of posture, sudden movements, repetitiveness, i.e., everything that involves the worker along with his function. This book refers to an analysis of a sterilization workstation performed in a hospital during technical visits, in which ergonomic tools were used to propose solutions regarding the improvement in the execution of the activity.
