Student's life throughout high school and college is filled thinking about dating, trying to date, failing to date, and being "dumped" the mating game is filled with estruses, but it also involves distress, and is among the greatest causes of stress on students. The school environment itself can be cause of stress on students. Students moving into secondary education find it changeling to constantly move around to classes. These tertiary educations are challenged with leaving home and establishing a new life in a new setting. Both can use cause stress on students. Academic stressor includes the students' perception of the extensive knowledge base required and the perception of an inadequate time to develop it. Students report experiencing academic stress at predictable times each semester with the greatest sources of academic stress resulting from taking and studying and for exams, grade competition.
