Revelation is not a book about Satan, the antichrist or the beast. At best, they are supporting characters. This book is about Jesus! If we read it as John intended, then we will fall down on our faces before the victorious Lamb instead of dreading the defiant, but defeated, fallen angel Satan. Too much of eschatology (The study of the end times) ends up glorifying the power of the devil instead of seeing Christ. Let's change that for our kids.
