Well you know what they say, just write...

Sometimes the hardest part is starting the first sentence and getting that pen on the page. Being present with the ideas and enjoying the process of that free flowing energy, the ink onto paper; a beautiful art in itself I fear will slip away as times change.

So here we are, starting what I would have never thought would become a habit, a new project, and a creative therapy that would not only drive deeper into my thoughts, but share that raw sense of vulnerability with the world in hopes it may touch even just one person... and that makes it all worthwhile.

An attitude of service, courage, and gratitude and curiosity to where the water may lead to simply explore the imagination and discover the art of creativity within.
