Silas Tennant returns in another tale of the MCD!There's a house in Aurora, Illinois that students whisper about. It appears randomly in the night in an empty lot with faded brown paint and white shutters. With a ballerina lamp on shining brightly in the empty house. Many have dared, attempted to claim the ballerina from the house before it disappears again. None have succeeded. And many haven't returned from their attempt. The police officers in Aurora have dismissed this as fantasy, an excuse for students to disappear in the night for parts unknown. But Silas and the MCD know that there are plenty of things that go bump in the night and it's their job to deal with it. But only the living leave ghosts. And a house has never has been alive?
