The pandemic swept in like a tidal wave. In its wake...pandemonium. Like so many, I soon found myself out of work, having lost my construction job. The job didn't pay upfront, still leaving me in the lurch. With my rent due, I was presented with an offer I couldn't refuse. Sarah Gray arrived, offering to pay me for an employment physical. Her own livlihood on the line, and no other doctors available, she was left with little option. Seeing a cash lifeline in sight, I had no choice but to accept.
