The Laudermere girls are four best friends, three are vampires, one is a witch. They live in Laudermere, which is a town rich in magical history. The story is written based on Rosaleigh Hart's diaries. Rosaleigh (Rose) is a kind-hearted, brave little girl who faces off with bullies with the help of her best friends Lylah, Charlotte and Josiah (Josie). In the third book of three, Rose and the girls must defend the town from enemy witches. Rose and Josie must use their powers to battle with the enemy, or Laudermere will be lost. Rose meets an interesting school teacher who helps her discover what she wants in her life, that's if she can survive the year.
