"And God said" is a book of Western Mysticism that attempts to answer questions such as what is the nature of Spirit? How man was created? What is the true nature of man? How did he find himself on earth? What is the purpose of his existence? How can he return to his divine home? The answers are based mainly on the esoteric teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, Moses and Jesus. In our time, when eastern mysticism has flooded the West, this book comes to remind us that western mysticism is the spiritual heritage and part of the spiritual identity of the western man. Through the esoteric interpretations expanded upon, many long-established misconceptions are set straight and the reader can now gain a new understanding and appreciation of the western spirituality. It consists of three parts. The first part analyses the first three chapters of Genesis and through its esoteric symbolism attempts to explain what the nature of Spirit is, how the Spirit manifests and what is the nature of Its manifestations. The second part develops the concepts referred to in the first part, focusing mainly on the nature of man by expanding on the concepts of planes and dimensions, thoughtforms and our etheric centres as well as the three states of Mind.
