She spends time with him as though he was a friend. Learning how to help Lee move on into the light is a life challenging experience for her. Kayla experiences two relationships during her final year of A-levels. One with Arthur who although she admires him, she is not truly attracted to. Then she meets Glen... Gifted is a fantasy novella about a girl with a unique power. It is also a story about Kayla learning to find herself as she grows up.
