Spencer, a boy with Aspergers and Pathological Demand Avoidance recalls his struggles through mainstream primary school. Just four years old when he started reception class, he began to struggle with the demands of life in a busy classroom. He recounts his feelings of isolation and sadness and his longing to be accepted by those around him. Spencer takes you on a journey that other children with similar challenges will understand.
