A chilling collection of poems that were written from my personal experience of being a runaway. The purpose of this book is to raise awareness for runaway teens. Runaway teens are often labeled as misfits, rebels and problem children, but these children are simply reaching out for help. The statistics regarding teens who run away are alarming, most are said to be voluntarily missing and aren't even looked for. Teens who runaway have an increased risk of becoming homeless, sexually abused and worst. This doesn't have to be your story. These poems are dedicated to the youth, you are not alone!
