Seventeen year prior to these events, Jennifer Moran Vaughn created a Vice Undercover identity named Roxanne Marconi. Jennifer modeled this identity after her college roommate Cheryl Ann Bartoni, now Garcia. She portrayed Roxy over a year and a half; netting a half-dozen collars for solicitation and drug trafficking. But her past as Roxy netted an unforeseen complication. Former CIA Director, and Jennifer's former Atlanta Vice Lieutenant, Daniel Martin, informed Jennifer someone blew her original cover. The work against The Low-Rider Syndicate and the Mendoza Drug Cartel, risked being undermined. So, now Corpus Christi Police Chief Jennifer Vaughn, once again dons the cover of Roxy Marconi. And regrets getting involved after all these years.
