As an Internationally known self-married person, my journey to find self-mastery through my sologomy, is nothing less than profound, and absolutely replicable. Marrying myself took years of self-awareness, discovery, and growth to even find. But once it was achieved, this one commitment catapulted my soul into a level of mastery that gifted me true Universal wisdom... that love is everywhere, and accessible to all, and at any time, and all you have to do is be it. Which is exactly what being a sologamist is all about. Five years after marrying myself, I wrote my second book "Marry Yourself First - A Self Mastery Guide to Finding True Love" because I found a common thread through the other sologamy stories from around the world. A thread that we all carry inside us, whether we are engaged, self-married, or proudly single. Individuals that commit to themselves first are finding our lives happier, more balanced, and richly abundant in many aspects of life, especially in love. Through the three chapters in this book: Self Awareness, Self Love and Self Mastery, I tell my sologamy story, and the stories of other souls from South Africa, Italy, and America, blending the knowledge of psychological, spiritual, sociological, experienced and historical aspects of self. And bringing our insightful journeys and the lessons of mastery that we've learned to the world, so that others may discover their best selves, and find their own meaning of true love too. This book is just one of my life's literary gifts to the world, and written because I truly believe that all humans deserve to know such an absolute sense of self and love!
