BOOK 1 FY2021 version UPDATE released FEB 16, 2021. The latest FAR is almost 2,000 pages so I split it into 4 Books:
Book 1 - Parts 1 to 16
Book 2 - Parts 17 to 31
Book 3 - Parts 32 to 52.215

First you gotta download a good copy and make sure it's the latest version. If you find the latest version of the FARS, you could print it using a network printer you share with 100 other people (typically the printer is either out of toner or paper or the paper in the tray is the wrong size). If it's just a 10-page document, no problem, but if it's 500-pages, you will need to punch 3 holes in all those pages and put it in a 3-ring binder. Takes at least an hour. It's much more cost-effective to just order the latest version from Amazon.com Note that we also put the Table of Contents on the back cover for your convenience.
