Becoming healthy and living a well-balanced life has many challenges attached, but so does living out a joy-filled life.


We need not think we can go to bed praying, "God make me thin, healthy and rich," and then wake up a ideal size, have a perfect lab report, and a fat bank account.


Life change is a precious gift from a loving Father who loves us too much to leave us in the condition we have been in.


He does not force us to make changes. He allows us to surrender to His wisdom and as we do, change becomes the natural process.


We can learn to deal with the challenges we face daily and live a transformed life with joy as we build a foundation of change from the inside out.


As we study through the book of James together we learn to believe what God says and stand on his promises, we meet Him; the Giver of Life and Joy and as He teaches us about planting seeds of real life-change, the harvest will bring us to a new place where we become healthy, whole and free.


Through this journey of faith may the Lord inspire us to dig deep and learn how to count it all Joy!
