Nightmares and dreams are created by thoughts and excerpts from events in our lives, with some nightmares are caused from stress, anxiety, or a drug reaction. Frequent nightmares may exhibit a sleeping disorder or maybe a future prediction, if one believes in those things. When a woman experiences a horribly vivid nightmare which escalates into unprepared nightmares and dreams during night and even throughout some daytimes, sleeping many consecutive hours, could there be an unnerving darker reason for her nightmares?
