Natalie lived with her Nan who was a pillar of strength for her community in environmental issues. They witnessed changes in environmental issues which became more and more labeled as the fault of human existence. This earth is no stranger to change. It has seen Ice Ages, mass extinctions, as well as tremendous evolutionary adaptations over millions of years. Everyone expected global warming but ignored the fact that unpredictable weather and disasters were due to the energy from the sun decreasing. The earth was now actually heading towards global cooling and the next Ice Age. The new forms of clean energy would prove a catastrophe.
